Puzzle 410. The largest magic square & primes...

Anurag Sahay sent an email this week asking "What is the largest known magic square of consecutive primes ?"

This was the matter of previous puzzles (3 & 68). In Puzzle 68 we reported two 9x9 magic square composed by consecutive primes (CP), by G. Abe & by A. Susuki.

Q1. Can you get a larger magic square of this type (CP)?

BTW, in Puzzle 68 we reported a 99x99 magic square layered & composed only by (distinct?) primes (LDP), constructed by John L. Miller (can you check if these 99x99 primes are distinct primes?)

Q2. Can you get a larger magic square of this type (LDP)?

Contributions came from Andreas Höglund.
