Puzzle 622. Primes as concatenation of two squares

On Jan 4 , 2012 Emmanuel Vantieghem sent to me an email pointing out that 14449 is the smallest prime that is the concatenation of two squares in two ways:

14449 = 12^2&7^2 = 14449
            = 38^2&3^2 =
14449

See also OEIS  A167535

One day later he found all the primes of this type less than 10^14 and published OEIS  A203815.

But "none of these primes is thrice such concatenation"

Q. Find one prime (if the smallest the better) that is the concatenation of only two squares in three ways.
