Puzzle 533. phi(sigma(n^2)) = n(n+1)

Farideh Firoozbakht sent the following puzzle.

Q1. Prove that if phi(sigma(n^2)) = n(n+1) then n is prime (and so sigma(n^2) is prime) or find a counterexample
