Puzzle 429. Consecutive primes & biprimes

JM Bergot ask for sets of consecutive primes p such that every p+2 is biprime.

He sent an example of 7 consecutive primes of this type, from 467 to 509.

In a simple search I found a set of 11 of these primes, from 3139136237 to 3139136549

Q1. Get larger sets of these primes.

The first set of 12 primes is from 46243324157 to 46243324649.
The first set of 13 primes is from 328628315459 to 328628315777.
This is the only set of 13 below 10^12.
