Problem 86. A smaller Sierpinski integer divided by 3

On July 27, 2023, Arkadiusz Wesolowski wrote for the Problem 49:

"I found a 19-digit Sierpinski number that is divisible by three:
k1 = 7592506760633776533 = 3^4 × 67 × 1399024647251479

This is the first known example with 19 digits"

later (August 1, 2023) he added:

"This is probably the smallest such number.
And I believe (high probability bordering on certainty) that there are no such numbers with 17 digits (I used the Chinese remainder theorem and brute force algorithm in searching)."

Q.Can you try to get a smaller Sierpinski number less that the gotten by Arkadiuz or confirm his claim?
