Wilfrid Keller's new contributions to Brier numbers
Wilfrid Keller has sent (17/01/2000) a letter that contains very interesting contributions to Brier numbers in both approaches: since the Problem 29 & since the Problem 30. I have merged the Keller's letter with an answer-comment email from Chris Nash from the same day, because he adds several important questions to the subject that perhaps may produce smaller Brier numbers.

In any of these pages the entire & merged letter is downloadable.
