Wilfrid Keller's new contributions to Brier numbers | Wilfrid Keller has sent (17/01/2000) a letter that contains very interesting contributions to Brier numbers in both approaches: since the Problem 29 & since the Problem 30. I have merged the Keller's letter with an answer-comment email from Chris Nash from the same day, because he adds several important questions to the subject that perhaps may produce smaller Brier numbers.
