Puzzlers
I was born in Constanta, 2nd city in Romania, at February 13,
1972.
During the high-school, I have enjoyed a lot Mathematics and I took part in
various National Contests in Mathematics and Physics. I am a computer
science graduated (University Politehnica Bucharest, IT Division, Tempus
Dept.) and I work currently for National Romanian Railways as system
engineer.
I am currently looking for some other job opportunity and I wonder if my
hobby related to mathematics may help me to find a research career. I
believe "If the mathematics is a princess among the other sciences, then
number theory is certainily the princess of all mathematical fields".
The huge number of open problems intrigues me and I hope I will live enough
to see some of them finally solved, I must name some...?!? ...and I think
that I am spending too much time with solving such puzzles, but surely I
enjoy them!
